"Just wanted to drop a note to let you know that I noticed a significantly pleasing difference in the piano down in the Lutheran church when I played for Easter service. I can't thank you enough. As I expressed to you, I have become very tired of playing that piano. I have been grumbling to friends about it and wishing loudly that we could replace it. I just thought we were stuck with a bad piano and it never occurred to me that it might be fixed. We have had two other tuners work on it, and they never suggested fixing the "brightness". I was very satisfied with the sound on Sunday. I asked others if they noticed a difference in the sound. I'm not the only one that thinks the piano is much better now after you worked on it. I thank you for driving all this way to work on our pianos."
March 26, 2014. John, I just wanted to tell you that I finally got around to trying my piano. Have been practicing for a funeral. The piano does play very nicely and noticeably better than before. Possibly the reason I get where I don't realize what a difference it makes to have you work on it. I knew it was going out of tune but I hadn't realized that keys weren't responding like they should. The church piano sounds good, too. Thanks for coming all this way to work on our pianos. I hope you will continue to do this work for a long time. Valerie, Turner, MT
